If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund of the price of a product (unless damage occurred due to careless or improper handling while in your possession). Any product you return must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt/invoice. The buyer is responsible for shipping and costs thereof in case of returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded (unless the item/s was/were verifiably damaged during transit (from our distribution center to the customer, due to improper packing or/and handling). If you wish to have a product shipped outside the contiguous US, please contact us to find a solution. We are always happy to work with you. LUNA SCONTY LLC usually ships products from the USA, or in case that the art work is exhibited elsewhere (e.g., Europe) from the location where the art work might be exhibited. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately, and are happy to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
